Appalling customer support and buggy platform

At this point, it's just hilarious, and I feel like I must be on a tv show where they prank people and laugh at their frustration.A user bought digital assets from my store but gumroad was not allowing them to download them. Horrible customer service. I purchase books during Black Friday Sale through a mobile browser. The seller name says “REEF ID BOOKS”. The product title says “TRAVEL SET”.
