What do you like best about Guideline? We've had our company 401k plan through Guideline for a little over a year and have been pleased with the service so far. It is an easy-to-use program that allows the participating employees to invest without having to have any knowledge of finance or investing, but still allows more sophisticated users the ability to be hands-on in their investment selections.

What do you like best about Guideline? They promised a seamless integration and a good experience, unfortunately our experience has been quite different. They are better than Paychex, but that's a very low bar.
