"Getting the job done, but reports need a lot of work"

What do you like best about Guideline? Guideline has a pretty interface for their website and seems to be getting the job done with investments, growing my money, etc. They follow the rules and safe harbor, etc, but are not good at explaining things to the customer.

What do you like best about Guideline? This is an excellent 401k system. We use safe harbor, and the integration with Gusto is seamless. The option of investments is great also.

What do you like best about Guideline? Makes setting up a compliant 401k program easy, especially for someone who has never managed such a program before. Guideline directly integrates with our payroll provider, and no ongoing maintenance is required after setup. Their website includes a variety of resources to help explain various standards and compliance issues like safe harbor, which was very helpful when considering various approaches we could take when setting up a 401k program.
