What do you like best about Guideline? Incredibly easy to set up and get going. Guideline syncs effortlessly with our HRS and payroll system and works like magic in the background based on our eligibility criteria.

"401k made easy"
What do you like best about Guideline? I love how easy Guideline has made our retirement solution. I'm a small business owner, and we have a small team. I love that I can offer pre-tax and Roth 401k options to my team to help them plan for retirement. I also love how straightforward the pricing is. I know exactly how much to expect it to cost each month, and it's affordable! The integration with Gusto (our payroll provider) is also very helpful!

What do you like best about Guideline? The best thing with guideline as a 401K supplier is that there are very few fees associated with the service. They also do the tax form filings, 5500s and such for you. I believe they even have ESIRA bond coverage (I still carry our own coverage). The integration into ADP was easy and straight forward and new employees are automatically added to Guideline.

"Easy, Intuitive, and Clear"
What do you like best about Guideline? The user experience is intuitive and clear. I can see totals and breakdowns by employee and project my costs for the year easily. The portal for individual users is also great, and employees can edit their details quickly without needing admin help.
