Guesty has been a game changer
Guesty has been a game-changer for my business. Their platform is user-friendly and has allowed my business to work much more efficiently. From the Guesty platform, I can control my 20 + properties. From cleaning & maintenance schedules, automated reservation reports, pricing, calendars, messaging, and much more. Michelle K has been great to work with. Also, the support ticketing system is efficient when questions come up.

Joshua and his team have been nothing…
Joshua and his team have been nothing but amazing! They is quick to respond and manage to find answers to nagging problems like technical, pricing, rates, taxes, integration and various other issues. Truly a delight to work with and I can't sing their praises enough, I really can't! A special shout out to Joshua! He is a stand up guy and a is a problem solver is there ever was one! Customer service is fantastic
Meghan is the best account rep we have worked with in years. Definitely one of the reasons why we are still with Guesty and refer it over to the people we work with. One of the biggest issues with software is customer service and they have completely nailed it with their team.

Guesty has GREAT GREAT customer service, i have been assigned an account manager Meghan Connor, I can't describe how much easier she made the journey. She has a lot knowledge about GUESTY and the business too, so she can really help, and willing to help. She really made Guesty looks GREAT!
