Multiple cases of mischarging
I work with Guesty on apartment rentals for about 7 months and on 2 ocasions they overcharged me. On the first ocasion they charged me for reservations made even before I had the platform. For the second time they double charged me on the properties. On the second ocasion, even after singaling the mistakes on the billing, guesty could not fix the problem and were really slow on dealing with the issue. What do you like best about Guesty? I utilized Guesty for a vacation rental we utilized years back in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We found that we were able to seamlessly manage our vacation rental. What do you dislike about Guesty? We were not a fan of WhatsApp and the inability to integrate Slack made some of our internal processes redundant due to this issue. We found that this scattered the communication we needed. Guesty is a really useful tool
Guesty is a really useful tool. We're really happy using it, running +90 listings. The customer service team is always available for questions and Carmen, our customer success manager is also great! Really appreciate her job helping us. Definitely the best solution for property management.

Nothing bad to say!
Guesty is a great service, streamlining various property management issues and saving me hours of time! As someone lucky enough to work with the tool over the last year, I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the tool grow, alongside the feedback from my team in our sync sessions, it makes you really feel part of the journey! Horrible Experience
PROS: If it works properly being able to integrate your listings on multiple sites would be really helpful. I really bought into the idea of streamlining and there are integrations possible with outside vendors too. CONS: They have very, very poor customer service. Issues are (or are not) resolved via an antiquated ticketing system where you receive a response via email within a couple of days. Horrible, Horrible Experience
We tried to work through Guesty with high hopes. It may be that if everything goes perfectly with integrations, etc. that it isn't a nightmare product but if there are any issues after your initial onboarding prepare for absolutely no help or assistance. They have an online ticketing system for issues. They respond within a few days but that isn't proactive enough when there is an issue that impacts my reputation. Great tool, but still requires improvements
Guesty is a great tool, which has made the lives of our team much easier. The unified inbox, advanced analytics and numerous integrations with other tools are great. Some improvements can be made: It's a very expensive product compared to other channel managers, it has quite a lot of connection issues and the customer service team usually goes around in circles without resolving the issues in a straightforward manner. Once these issues are resolved, it's going to be a 5 star tool.
