Not the greatest. Was sold a bit of a dream. They tie you into a contract so I would demo several other competitors before deciding on Guesty. Avoid if you can and try to go somewhere with no contract or penalties for cancelling. I'm stuck with them for another year to avoid loss on costs unfortunately. The onboarding fees are a huge rip off, you literally don't need onboarding as it's not very helpful in the slightest. After your weekly calls you are still left feeling clueless LMAO. You ...

It has been a pleasure to deal with Guesty and especially Hazel who has taken the time to go through exactly what they can offer for us. We have over 50 properties and were looking for a platform to manage the day to day running of these and Guesty fitted the bill.
