DO NOT USE GUESTY! It's horrendous.
Guesty is literally the worst app I've ever used. So many hours of frustration and anger, and that's not my normal state. It just doesn't work, and there's nobody to help. They don't respond to my emails or call me back. Now that the free trail is over, I expected it to relinquish control of my AirBnBs, but it is trying to get me to pay for their product in order to be able to do anything. OG Guesty User!
Using Guesty to manage multiple suites is like having an entire team of staff making sure our business runs smoothly. Without the automation features, communications would be really hard to manage. Guesty streamlines the organization of separate suites in different locations (and with different owners) and would not be able to manage the size of portfolio we have without this software.

Cant beat the service!
We have been with Guesty for approximately 4 years and I am not aware of a company that can do all of the functions that Guesty does. We primarily appreciate not just the system but the fact that staff is readily available, knowledgeable and helpful. Sarat takes care of our account and he gives us so much attention (and we know we are a small customer). Great service and amazing software.

Payment gateway doesn't work
Update: Since my initial review below, I then started to receive double bookings as well as failed payments. Support is non existent. I've now switched....I've been very happy with YourPorter (now Guesty) for years but, soon after the change to Guesty all my booking.com payments failed causing me a major headache having to manually charge each customer through Stripe and having no security deposits, leaving me vulnerable. Guesty is an excellent nightly rental management platform, and excels at distributing on multiple booking channels. Message automation is another very helpful feature.
