Long standing relationship.
We have used Guesty for six years now and our relationship has become stronger year after year. We rely on our account manager at Guesty to help us daily, she (Hazel) is fab and now feels like a good friend of ours. We are most impressed with their reporting system and the advanced analytics feature.

Happy Guesty User!
My personal experience with Guesty has only been positive. You can manage multiple properties at once with ease! It’s great to have the support of the very friendly channel managers and over time you get to form a great relationship with them and they become very familiar with your properties so if you have any problems they are able to be fixed immediately. I find Guesty a great management channel and they are alway open to suggestions and constantly working to improve.

Guesty covers all scenarios! Good mobile app too!
Guesty covers all the what-if scenario's smoothly - the things that come up that you haven't even thought about - compared to other PMS software who will crash at the first hurdle. I have had the opportunity to test tokeet, uplisting, lodgify and few other specialist software who do not have anything on the guesty service. Also best mobile app so far which is important!

Guesty has everything we need to successful
Guesty has everything we need to successfully manage a large portfolio of properties and bookings. We have a dedicated account manager and the support staff are very quick to respond and efficient. We have used many different Channel Manager systems in the past and Guesty is the most user friendly and by far the best experience that we have had.
