We have been with Guesty for about 5 years now and I've been very pleased with the results. In my opinion, the best thing about the software is their constant implementation of features to stay ahead of their competitors. The customer service is very good - I usually get a response within 24 hours when I have a query. Scam service

Scam service. There is no way to contact them except via email which they don’t reply to. They deactivate your account and decline reservations without your consent. Guesty what the f is that? What number can one reach you at?

Guesty & Ellie - AMAZING

Ellie Reading our Account Manager is AMAZING & super helpful. We love the GUESTY product but we also really appreciate Ellie's ongoing support. The 24 hr support line and ticket process is really good for us as it gives us to time to consider the issue and work on a resolution. the Support team are also so polite, courteous, professional but more importantly knowledgeable. Our annual income has increased by at least 25% since our migration to GUESTY.
