The Guesty team has proven itself time and again since we signed up with them. Some may consider it expensive but as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for' There are several features worth highlighting but the primary ones are the multi-calendar, integrations and tasks manager. Guesty is an unbelievable tool, we've been a loyal customer since 2016. To date no other competitor has come close to the tech, service, and user friendliness Guesty has to offer. Moreover my Account manager Sarat always goes above and beyond for me, he never misses a touch base, always fights for me for the best support and follows up with me randomly to see how im doing.

Since transferring to the Guesty platform in September 2021 the customer service support has been exemplary. Regular sessions started on a weekly basis & now 12 months later we still have fortnightly sessions. The first Guesty Support Rockstar was Frosina & we have now transitioned to Zoe providing customer support. This ongoing support has certainly eased 'the pain' of moving to a new platform.
