"Guesty was the bestie!"

What do you like best about Guesty? I loved being able to manually switch and move rooms like a puzzle. What do you dislike about Guesty? The downside would be having to manually check in the guests and not giving the guest the option to check in/out themselves. What problems is Guesty solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving the need for a hotel management program that is fast and updated in real time.

Amazing customer support by our CRM

We were allocated our own CRM and Joshua was always on hand and followed up on anything we brought to his attention and assisted with any questions we had. His support was out of this world and I am forever thankful for Joshua.

Guesty is the PMS

We have been using Guesty as our PMS for our properties since 2016. At the time, the product was fantastic & it has continued to grow and stay ahead of its competitors ever since. A lot of investment is put into the software & it provides good value for money compared to what is saved in staff time.
