"Excellent Services! Great Customer Service and Overall Product"

What do you like best about Guesty? Guesty keeps our company afloat. We manage about 100 condos on the beach for short-term rentals, and Guesty keeps everything together. So many different reports can be run with any filter, resulting in millions of different reports right at our fingertips. We have fought with Guesty for 5 months…

We have fought with Guesty for 5 months to get them to refund thousands of dollars they over charged us. Still fighting them. No one will answer the phone. Customer service doesn't respond. Do not use this company. They do not care if you are satisfied.

Guesty is awesome! We love GCS and how they can eliminate a lot of work on our end with guest interaction. Love the ability to have all booking channels in one place. Our rep at Guesty, Taylor M. is a huge help in resolving issues that come up and relaying development suggestions to the team.
