Guesty has been a fantastic!

Guesty has been a fantastic PMS for my company! Not only have we had an easy time moving from one PMS to the other but we have been utilizing the Guest Communications Service. We have been so pleased with the team and their communication skills. They are incredibly responsive to our guests and to us when we email with questions or changes to our system protocols.

I have been working in the Short Term…

I have been working in the Short Term Industry for the last 6 years and I have to say Guesty is one of the best PMS on the market. The team support is really amazing and their system is very flexible to allow operators to manage a big portfolio of properties. Highly recommend!

Best PMS in the industry!

Our customer success manager (Carmen) is the absolute best and is always available if we have any issues or questions. The onboarding was excellent as well. By far the most comprehensive product we've used to manage our short term rental portfolio. It integrates with all of our tech stack so we can manage everything from one platform.
