Costing me Thousands
Guesty connected my airbnb and booking.com, but when i make changes it doesnt change the other platforms meaning this booking channel doesnt actually work. I am loosing thousands due to this and people are getting steals for bookings now. I base you guys on how you correct the problems and so far you have done nothing but make me loose money and you response time is terrible. Rather use another platform channel.

No assistance with accounts
Our accounts function has NOT been working since we went live on Jan 1st 23, we've contact Guesty 8 times and the have yet to help us in any way. Every time we speak to someone at Guesty, they pass us on to the "developers" who have never responded with any assistance. The staff do not understand the urgency required when we have clients to pay. The communication and assistance is non-existent. I recommend having a look at your technical support and giving it a complete re-structure.

Guesty has been great!
Guesty has been an amazing product for us to use on a daily basis to manage our homes across London, and short-let bookings. The customer support is really great too, which is so helpful while trying to navigate the software and new product features. I look forward to our business evolving as the Guesty product also evolves, and learning to really optimise all of the products available through the software.

Zero customer service or assistance…
Zero customer service or assistance when you have an issue. Went through the whole onboarding process only to have immediate bugs and issues. Tried for weeks to get them corrected with no help whatsoever. Once these people have your money, they are done with you. No phone number for support either. Do yourself a favor and go a different route.

Extremely Helpful Staff!
Guesty software is extremely easy to use and I highly recommend it. The account success manager is extremely helpful and questions are answered and actioned very quickly with their support team. Our company has tried other management softwares and none of them are as good and easy as Guesty.

Guesty has a lot to offer for short…
Guesty has a lot to offer for short term rental hospitality, with software integration, live text based operators who interact with guests, and a good support team. In particular, I’ve been helped a lot by my customer rep, Devin, who has done a great job helping me work through various snafus and feature requests. Nothing is perfect, but I’ve had a good experience overall.

Loyal customer to guesty- OG!
I have been using guesty for more than 4 years. The team , the software itself have been super helpful from the day one. Especially ever since Zoe and Yoav started the office in Sydney, theyve never stopped providing market insights, strategies and other useful information to help me grow my business. Not to mention guesty is the most advanced and comprehensive pms out there.

Guesty is a good product, but not great.
Guesty is a good product, but there is a learning curve which could be improved. There is alot of functionality to the tool and they seem to be adding more each monthly. It has taken us some time to get settled with the software and things are getting easier.
