Guesty is amazing!!!!

Guesty has made my life as a property manager so much easier. We have been have been able to expand and have everything at my fingertips. It is so much easier to manage everything under one platform instead of several different applications. Devin is our account manager that has been there to help us with absolutely anything we had issues with. We couldn’t have done everything, we have done with getting set up as efficiently without her. Guesty has been a lifesaver.

There is no customer service when you have a bug or problem. It takes them a few days to respond to tickets you send in and when they do respond they won't take a phone call and the back and forth takes FOREVER!!! There is no customer service!!! I've used for almost a year now and most of the features are now available on Airbnb and the Airbnb algo rewards you for using their smart pricing, not Guesty's. Not worth it for us. Great Product and Team

Guesty is a great property management software and I would not consider moving to any other channel manager. The modules of the platform cover almost all of the most important bases for our business. The responsiveness of the Customer Solution team is phenomenal and I never feel left alone if we have an issue with one of Guesty's features. Guesty is awesome! I am so grateful for my rep, Taylor, she is always so helpful whenever I have a question. I feel very supported by Guesty and the software helps me achieve all that I need to in the vacation rental industry!
