Working with Frosina from Guesty has been great. Very in-depth and always helpful. Our zoom meeting are in great detail and is always will to help. I have recommended Frosina to other Harcourts Holiday Rental Companies. The plans Guetsy have in place i beleive will make sore a smoother process in the future.

Guesty Failure Case

We are a property management company with 70-75 properties and transitioned to Guesty in May/June of this year. Having used numerous systems over the years Buckingham Tahoe Rentals expected fair and honest pricing and similar sell through to the other systems we’ve used. What we have experienced is a 25% over charge rate on fees and a 30% decrease in sales. We now refer to Guesty as Glitchy.

I started using YourPorter two years ago, which is now Guesty. We now refer to Guesty as Glitchy. The updates they initiate bring more bugs than solutions, and their customer support is the worst of any platform I have tested. But go ahead, prove me wrong, and try it for yourself. When you experience glitches and customer [un]support that I do, remember "Glitchy". I have the emails to back up my experiences.

I had a pressing situation & they were…

I had a pressing situation & they were not able to respond to my calendar changes. I could not get into my new account with them & my reset password was met with error messages. No one answered multiple calls & email response was 24 hours.
