Life Saver!

What do you like best? I love the fact the Groove interacts with Salesforce and makes it a lot easier to log activity. Even attachments are stored with the emails. I am able to create new contacts in Groove for accounts in SF. I love it! What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that I am unable to use templates from my favorites. Groove is a timesaver!

Great experience—better than others we’ve used in the past

What do you like best? The Gmail/Salesforce integration is great. UI is overall great. What do you dislike? The auto-send email feature requires you pick a specific time of day to send an email. In some cases I’d prefer to send them in a specified number of hours rather than selecting a specific time of the day for them to go out. Your Sales Team Should Be Using Groove.

What do you like best? Groove has a beautiful user interface that is native to Salesforce creating a seamless experience when i'm on Groove or Salesforce. What do you dislike? The font color changes on my email templates from time to time. The text will be black, but the email will send and parts will show up as gray. Groove is my "assistant

What do you like best? The ability to create email templates, Groove Flows and basically schedule my customer outreach efforts ahead of time is a huge time saving tool. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The most helpful particularity is notifications where you can see how many times your email was open, from where and when.
