Groove Review

What do you like best? Easy link sharing to schedule client calls. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike - it is very convenient to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficiency with call/appointment scheduling - I especially love the ease of adding colleagues and that Groove automatically finds overlapping availability based on synced GoogleCalendars.

Automate things that should be automated

What do you like best? The immediate synchronisation with Salesforce is the best feature. I can do more work out of my inbox and don't need to log every single activity in salesforce since groove does it for me. I also really like the "book a meeting with me" feature which is integrated with my calendar. What do you dislike? Sometimes my starred templates are lost when a new version came out. What do you like best? Email templates would be my most used feature, however, the option to schedule a meeting in my calendar would by far be my favourite, as it syncs this info to my database updating the activity count and date. Straightforward and Easy to Use

What do you like best? I like how easy every thing is to use. The Tracking and templates, its all just a few clicks. What do you dislike? Sometimes, he templates don't load so easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its has made it much easier to stay in touch with all of my partners.

Helping me sell more effectively

What do you like best? Love the Flow feature that allows me to set up group emails to add multiple touches to my customer outreach. What do you dislike? I like the Scheduler feature to set up phone appointments. It could be more robust. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One email per contact did not have the same impact as the Flow. Love it!

What do you like best? I liked the easy UI and quick access to insights about which of my clients and prospects were engaging with my emails. I also liked that I could report in Salesforce on which of my accounts had engagement and thereby create a "heat map" in a Salesforce chart.
