What do you like best? Ability to run joint sales and marketing email campaigns. Marketing creates a template. Sales kicks it off. There's tracking to you let know which reps are participating in the campaign. The whole set up allows reps to personalize their messages. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's very simple to sync with Salesforce and get access to pertinent opportunities for continuity in customer interaction.
