What do you like best? Ability to run joint sales and marketing email campaigns. Marketing creates a template. Sales kicks it off. There's tracking to you let know which reps are participating in the campaign. The whole set up allows reps to personalize their messages. What do you dislike? Very helpful to work with
What do you like best? The boomerang feature for emails was useful when trying to remember which emails should be responded to at what time. What do you dislike? The features are robust enough for our company. Recommendations to others considering the product: BEWARE. During the renewals process, they will tell you one thing, then charge you for another. They are very shady, and are just out to take your money. The platform isn't worth what they're charging. They will ...

Groovy
What do you like best? Maximize my communication efficiency to all the interested parties I have to reach out to daily. What do you dislike? The flows are a little buggy and will not lead me re-add people to the same step they've been added to already, It does not let me remove them fully either. I have to create a new step in the same flow then delete the prior step. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding efficiency, a ...
