Groove is ahead of the curve.

What do you like best? I like the integration into salesforce and google. We now have access to so much more data to make better micro and macro decisions. What do you dislike? There are too many bugs in Groove: Sometimes when using the gmail extension I need to reload the groove appin order to stop the continuous load cycle. Great tool to save time and improve collaboration across teams

What do you like best? I love that we can work on a project together across teams and delegate different tasks, including creating an email template that everyone can use to send out communication. Groove helps us send out emails that we would normally have to write one by one in mass. Groove is a huge time saver. It has made scheduling calls with my students extremely easy.

What do you like best? Students are able to put time up on my calendar whenever they need. I am able to link my scheduling tool in different emails and formats so that it is always easily accessible for my students. It also allows me to send an email without having to BCC Salesforce which is extremely helpful when tracking communication from both a user, and manager view. What do you dislike? Goove makes my daily job better!

What do you like best? The most useful feature of groove is being able to see when recipients open my email. What do you dislike? At this point, I can't really think of anything I don't like about groove. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? LOVE GROOVE!

What do you like best? I love being able to see who is viewing my emails, create standard templates emails and the ability to send out emails and know which emails get bounced back. not sure why i have to type more words to get a higher word ccoount. The biggest benefit has to be the template emails to clients. Save me so much time from having to type all the information. for some reason i cant by this screen unless i keep typing words thiat is kinda weird it keeps showing me this page. ...

What do you like best? I like the activity tracker the most and the ratingings it gives to leads depending on the effort you put into them and the amount of engagement the lead does. What do you like best? Groove has an excellent Customer Service team, that is always available to solve any issues asap. What do you dislike? There are no downsides to working with groove. Any issues we have had seem to always be related to google updates or outages.
