User-friendly with great blogging material.

Streamlining!
What do you like best? I appreciate not having to go through the extra step to log inbound and outbound emails to our customers. The tracking feature is helpful for holding myself and any associated parties accountable to the information shared via email. One of the best features is that I can drop a link to a specific appointment type without having to open Groove in a separate window/tab. What do you dislike? I have had a very positive experience with Groove
What do you like best? I like that it is easy to send customized emails. What do you dislike? I wish the emails were ordered alphabetically What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am saving a lot of time by sending out mass emails through Groove and I am able to analyze whether or not my emails are being opened.

Makes my job easier!
What do you like best? The different Tools to keep me organized. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike about Groove. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeps me super organized I have benefited from snoozed emails and scheduled emails

Very efficient
What do you like best? I really enjoy Groove because I can schedule emails for when I am out of the office and I can set up my calendar and attach it to an email for people to book appointments with me. Great tool + Super Responsive Support & Team
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Groove is great for start up teams and small sales teams. It's a lower cost tool that gives you all the punches needed for any growing sales team! What aspects are problematic or could work better? Love it
What do you like best? I like that fact that it lets me know when someone has opened up my email and it also lets me know how many times it was view. Person can no longer claim they did not get an email when sent. What do you dislike? Not much I can really complain about, I will let you know if I do. The perfect "bridge" between G-Suite and Salesforce
What do you like best? auto-sync between email and calendar in Google and Salesforce and the ability to set up reminders for follow up in such an efficient manner What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. I occassionally I find I am logged out but didn't realize it, but I think that's a flaw in my process. Great overall experience. Simple to use and integrations provide a seamless experience
What do you like best? Integration with Salesforce and Gmail allows my whole team to run our comms and support operations. What do you dislike? Limited design options for emails. Wish there were more options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1) Standardized customer-facing comms for our support team. 2) Mass emails with unsub option.

Groove is a great tool for sales reps and account managers
What do you like best? very good, dynamic, help track cases and know when a customer really sees your emails What do you dislike? Is very difficult create a flow and in some case when i'm writing a new email in Gmail the tool don´t find the record What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? i'm solving issue with my clients, because in some case they never respond me and this tool help me to know when someone is watching my email
