Groove does what it promises.
What do you like best? Groove was very easy to configure and learn for my team. What I really like about Groove. We are able to track email openings for potential customers so that Salesforce can easily add your contact information using a button. This has gained enormous advantage from a time point of view and made reviewing POC records easy for our team. What do you dislike? It's sometimes hard to find what email model you need. Groove is easy to use and easy to learn!
What do you like best? What I like most about Groove is that it was extremely easy for my team to set up and learn. My favorite two features are that it 1. tracks email opens to prospects and clients and 2. that you can easily add your points of contacts information into Salesforce with the click of a button. What do you like best? Can't choose just one: Salesforce integration, opens/clicks tracking, templates ease-of-use, team collaboration, G Suite integration... My team's efficiency would drop by at least half without Groove. What do you dislike? Not applicable. Bring Discipline and ease of use to your sales day
What do you like best? I LOVE Groove. It's simplified my sales process entirely. I can keep track of everyone in my funnel, or entering my funnel, or leaving my funnel. If they aren't buying yet, I can add them to a "later" flow. If they are moving quickly, that's a flow. If it's a slow burn, that's a flow. A worthy SaaS product.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? From what I can sense, we're heavy Groove users. We're using it for a lot of reasons. Setup was a breeze. Workflow is as clear as day compared to the DIY setup you'd see in a software like Zendesk. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Its knowledge base has zero support if you own a Google Analytics code in the head. But Groove does let you view on KB articles. It'd be nice to have enhanced reporting. You get some ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I simply love the simplicity and ease of Groove. Setup is done in a breeze and it allows me to be flexible for scaling operations.
