Reliable, time saver and productvity .
What do you like best? Easy and helpful pop ups for sales and account cycle. Mails trackings. Integration with other systems. What do you dislike? Sometimes not explicit easy for a first time user how to integrate other systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mails tracking and integration mande it easier to make my work more visible.

Love using Groove to track engagement and book meetings!
What do you like best? The meeting booking feature is probably my favorite. It allows me to share my availability, but still limit it to specific times that I chose. I like that flexibility as I do not want always provide my entire schedule for someone to view. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is when you use the calendar sync with Salesforce it also sinks future meetings. It would be great if there was a way you confirm what meetings to sync once they are completed. ...

The BEST sales tool I have ever used!
What do you like best? The efficiency and the integrations with our other tech tools. It is the 1-stop shop for my daily goals and efforts. The tracking feature is amazing! What do you like best? Tracking of emails into Sales Force. Make my life so much easier! What do you dislike? At times the load up and communication into SF can take time. What do you like best? Groove is helpful in reaching out to your prospects in an easy manner. It helps to organize the sales process so you know who to follow up with and when. What do you dislike? I wish reporting for managers was easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps to maximize your time by focusing on what's working.

What do you like best? Great for mass mail services, can connect to Saleforce to pull contacts emails and names to mass send email from previously saved email template. Saves you so much time! Groove makes it easy to send massive, personalized emails.
What do you like best? The ease of creating, editing email templates is extremely useful, the ability to add notes, tags, postpone conversations and create rules and folders makes emails more organized than ever. You can schedule your emails to go out at specific times and automate tracking and helps make sure you're importing all your customer communications. What do you like best? -The application is native to Salesforce so your data never needs to integrate with another tool. I've lived in that environment as well as reps will always make mistakes on which system is the system of truth.
