Great software, great features
What do you like best? The integration with Google and Salesforce is seamless. Other tools don't give you the same depth of interaction with Salesforce especially that you get with Groove. It makes it much easier for users to create complex prospecting reports right in Groove without resorting to csv uploads. The chrome plugin for Google is very intuitive to use. Powerful, Intuitive Productivity Impact
What do you like best? I like the ease of setting up Groove flows to automate intelligent outreach to targeted prospects and the ease of integration with gmail and sales force. This product automatically logs my activity in SFDC saving me a duplication of non-value add steps in a sales process. What do you dislike? Groove has been extremely helpful !
What do you like best? I like that I can quickly attach links and images to my templates and how easy they are to edit. What do you dislike? nothing really comes to mind, I think Groove is fantastic. What do you like best? Knowing when someone has opened my email and clicked on any links I've provided. What do you dislike? Sometimes it doesn't give the exact location of a person who opens the email What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Groove makes sending mass emails so much easier! What do you dislike? I dislike that it's challenging to log my emails from Groove into Salesforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problems I'm saving with groove is that I have better time management because I do not need to write individual emails each time. I can just save pre-written emails in the database.

Perfect for anyone in sales
What do you like best? I love that Groove tells me exactly when my emails are opened! It significantly helps me with my timing and follow-ups. Efficient and Reliable
What do you like best? I love that I don't have to think about logging important notes or communication to Salesforce profiles. I know that the communication is syncing efficiently with my Salesforce organization. I also appreciate how easy it is to search profiles if something needs to be synced separately.
