What do you like best? -Groove keeps tracks of all emails sent and reminds you when its time to reach out next as part of your cadence What do you dislike? -I haven't yet found anything that I dislike. They do an awesome job and refining and regularly pushing out updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? -I can handle a fuller pipeline while being on top of touchpoints. -Makes your day easier to manage.

What do you like best? It easy to track and keep everything organized. What do you dislike? You have to keep logging in which takes a while. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to go call blocks, and keep yourself organized. Every appointment is synced with my calendar and I can easily go a call block with all the information upfront that saves times.

Groove has enabled me to dramatically improve my targeted messaging to prospects
What do you like best? It's easy to build flows and automate much of my outreach. I can quickly see who opened, who my "hottest" prospects are and target them separately. The analytics tab is extremely useful for seeing a quick view of where I'm succeeding. The flows tab allows me to skip people, customize messages before sending and track everything from Linked In to Phone Calls to Emails What do you dislike? Automating your customer outreach= Increase pipeline and reduce churn
What do you like best? I love the seamless integration with SFDC, as well as the "read" notification count. What do you dislike? Could have a bit of bit of more modern look. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increase revenue overall, by increasing our customer pipeline, as well as reducing churn among existing clients.
