Groove is very helpful to keep track of my communications
What do you like best? An ability to sync my customer communications with Salesforce What do you dislike? It would be helpful to have better integration with Dialpad What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Groove helps me make sure that my customer communications and interactions are always tracked in Salesforce

Great tool, and super customer service. Really like what they're doing.
What do you like best? Simplicity. They roll things out that are easy to understand. What do you dislike? Only thing I can think of is we cannot include multi-select picklists in the Dialer functionality, but we have yet to find a tool that does. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scaling sales outreach using templates and Groove flows, great for automated outreach.

What do you like best? Ability to track my daily and weekly progress. I have insights that keeps me motivated to meet or exceed my goals. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of copy and pasting a link rather than multiple email exchanges figuring out student availability What do you dislike? What do you like best? User-friendly, responsive customer support, making my job much easier. What do you dislike? Love Groove for my emails
What do you like best? being able to save my favorite templates and have them pre-populate. Not having to see if clients received my messages, being able to go to my outbox to see if they were viewed. I love being able to send messages during a particular time. Being able to save my favorite templates as well is a plus. I also like that Groove sent me an option to leave a review to receive a $50 gift card. Not many companies will do they. Groove makes my job 10x easier and faster.
What do you like best? Groove makes logging dozens of emails a day super quick and easy. What do you dislike? I do not like that I cannot skip this question. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before Groove, it was difficult to coordinate meetings. Now with Groove I can just send my schedule link to anyone and it's quick and easy to coordinate.
