Very good integration between Google and Salesforce

Save Time, Increase Leads, Engage with Clients
What do you like best? Groove is very user friendly and lets you "set it and forget it". For any busy sales, marketing, or client service person - Groove helps you keep up with communication. I also enjoy the ability to see who is viewing my emails from the Chrome Plug-In so I can see who I need to keep up with. What do you dislike? Makes sending emails easy !
What do you like best? How it self automate my process daily love it. What do you dislike? The fact that it logs out alot and you have to sign back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the problem of sending emails with out typing them.

Excellent tool for organization and client relations
What do you like best? Ease of use, the program is very straightforward and user friendly. Syncing with Salesforce is seamless and offers access to an even greater level of touchpoints with each client. Ability to group clients using the "hot" button. What do you dislike? Sometimes certain things don't work and you inexplicably get the "melted icecream screen." Definitely need to be pretty nimble with Salesforce to get the greatest level of cross-collaboration between the two ...

Groove - could barely use SalesForce effectively without Groove
What do you like best? just works in the background to track and attach things to SF records. Worth it just for that - but you can also bring email automation and nurture campaigns to SF with Groove Flows. Also it makes email templates much more manageable. Finally - the Gmail interface add-on is super useful. Almost forgot - calendaring is included - which my whole team uses. Finally - their support is superb. Daily Usage Review
What do you like best? I like that it lets me know when someone has opened my email without the recipient deciding if they let me know. This is particularly helpful for reaching out to cold and warm prospective clients. Many times they will see/read my email but not respond. Great for tracking connections with clients and prospects
What do you like best? I liked how grove kept track of emails and other contacts I made with my clients and prospects. It helps in knowing what I've done in the past to make sure I don't duplicate efforts. What do you dislike? I wish it wasn't all or none. Meaning, I don't necessarily want ALL my emails tracked.
