A Must Have Tool For Time Management

What do you like best? The amount of time I save by having Groove automatically update Salesforce with my call efforts is invaluable. Those calls are tracked by senior management, so having the confidence that my numbers are accurate is important. What do you dislike? Groove makes gmail do the things you wish it would

What do you like best? Ability to automatically track emails via Salesforce so I can see reminders of the last time I exchanged emails with clients or prospects; ability to send calendar scheduler; ability to send emails at certain times or schedule emails to go out in the future. Informative and accurate.

What do you like best? The notification that comes through when someone open an email you sent and the integration with SalesForce. What do you dislike? Productive functionality. UX can be improved. Recommendations to others considering the product: Grooves great to sync contacts, email, tasks, invites etc One stop shop. What problems are you solving with the product? Groove- Extremely helpful service

What do you like best? I really like the ability to send out multiple emails to clients at once. What do you dislike? While I think Groove is user friendly, it did take my teammates several uses before getting comfortable with operating it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have solved the problem of how to communicate effectively with our clients. We've realized we can easily send information with little hassle.

What do you like best? The installation process is quick and seamless. Most importantly, Groove integrates well with existing business tools like GSuite and SalesForce. I rarely encounter barriers or unexpected bottlenecks while using different features.
