Very useful tool with helpful features and updates being added regularly

What do you like best? I use several features but the reminder option is my go to for making sure I complete follow up on pending emails/tasks. Groove makes email life a breeze. Access to templates saves you so much time!

What do you like best? The use of templates in order to save time. What do you dislike? I have experienced connectivity issues in the past where groove will take a while to load and this will keep my from being able to access templates. However, it is possible this is an error on my end. This can hurt productivity at times if a frequent issue but this is often resolved relatively easily. My grammar isn't the best so I like that it shows you options to grammatically fix your errors and the big bold red line reminds you to go bk and fix anything before you send emails What do you dislike? I have experienced sometimes giving the wrong phrase that may not sound correctly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love that I have my own personal email templates that I can edit based on my own needs. I also love that I can schedule emails to be sent out when I am not in the office.
