I use Groove almost every week for our clients.
What do you like best? The email blasts and Call/Text options are what I use for our clients. The ability to use Flows and track all of this amazing! The way the website is organized is also very helpful. I tend to recommend using these tools to my friends in their companies too. What do you dislike? There is almost nothing that I dislike about groove so far. It took me a couple of days to get the hang of what needs to be done and how to do it on the platform, but now I ...

Easy to use and manage!
What do you like best? I find Groove easy to use and customize within my company's guidelines. Makes scheduling with students SO much easier especially since both my company and my students use GSuite for email and calendar. Customer support has also been helpful. What do you dislike? I have not nearly maximized Groove's capabilities. I just learned about email tracking a couple weeks ago which is awesome. My slight dislike is the naming conventions for calendar events - if I ...

The Power of Connection keeps the world grooving.
What do you like best? The ability to add steps and automated time email sends. I also like the ability to see who has read your email and when. What do you dislike? For me, not too many downsides. Creating a cadence with my emails has allowed me to stay top of mind with my contacts. I'm seeing more responses ...
