Groove has optimized my workflow!
What do you like best? I can send out emails with no worry that I will forget to follow up or schedule an important meeting. The templates are also time savers as you can populate an email with one click! I use Groove every day. What do you dislike? The only thing that I dislike about Groove is how you have to manually add one email at a time to Flows. There is an option to mass upload, though! What problems are you solving with the product? Great for tracking emails
What do you like best? I work with a student population that are mostly online. Groove is great for tracking if students have seen their emails so that I can make sure they are at least reading their information. What do you dislike? With salesforce integration, sometimes the emails will not automatically attach to the correct record because of discrepancies. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Our sales team has naturally adopted Groove into their day to day workflow. Using flows, tracking e-mails, and seamlessly integrating with Salesforce. What do you dislike? Groove has made my job much for sufficient and productive. It’s great knowing when to reach out.

Brilliant experience
What do you like best? Using Groove to track when clients have started opening/reopening emails to ensure I am following up at suitable times and understanding which emails I send out get the best engagement. It allows a lot of saved time in prioritizing prospects and tracking important emails at pivotal times i.e proposals, contracts etc. I use Groove to track my monthly activity, I use the activity performance template to provide managements with reports. What do you like best? I love that it automatically sends a copy of the emails to the Salesforce page. I also like the fact that if an email could not be tracked, we have an option to look it up and assign it the Salesforce page per client. The email templates and scheduler link saves a lot of time and I utilize it everyday. What do you dislike? There is a a little infinity tab to the right of the gmail. What do you like best? Synchronization with Salesforce and Google calendar. What do you dislike? Nothing, everything is working well so far. What do you like best? Salesforce integration, Groove flows, and the Omni bar. What do you dislike? Loading times can be a bit slow and sometimes emails are difficult to resolve/log. Also, I would love if the Groove workflow email bar remembered emails the way Gmail does when adding people to "cc".
