What do you like best? The fact that whenever I have a question, I can be sure that I will find it online, on the Companys website What do you dislike? I would like more videos that present how to do some of the setting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Transparency in emails, eliminating manual work when it comes to synchronizing different calendars.

I truly find Groove to be very practical and helpful, I love it!

What do you like best? The convenience of attaching an email to an entity. What do you dislike? Nothing, I don't know what else I really need. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start using it as soon as possible because you will find it very helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefit of connecting everything together.

Groove has helped automate my email campaigns and follow ups

What do you like best? I like the auto imports from SFDC and being able to add leads and contacts to a flow while on the lead or contact page in SFDC. I also like the auto logging and tracking of gmail emails to SFDC. What do you dislike? Can be buggy sometimes my templates or flows dont save and the whole page refreshes and I loose my template. The formatting can look strange once its been sent to a customer and looks like an auto email sometimes. I dont ever go beyond a 1 step ...

What do you like best? Groove has amazing and complementary features and it's so easy to use them!
