Groove Review

What do you like best? I like groove because it is integrated with SFDC and I like the flow feature for email outreach campaigns. What do you dislike? I wish imported excel lists was more intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great resource if used correctly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm using groove primarily for initial outreach to prospects and it has proven to be very effective.

Makes my job so much easier!!

What do you like best? Groove makes email blasts to clients so easy! I can find my clients and select a template in seconds, and I've sent hundreds of emails in one hour thanks to this tool. What do you dislike? Sometimes there will be lags/delays when I'm using it really fast - but that could also just be my wifi/computer! What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I love the groove flow system which allows you to communicate to your prospects in the most efficient manner. What do you dislike? Great tool for managing and automating sales cadences!

What do you like best? Lots of automated fields to pull from SFDC. What do you dislike? Nothing to mention, I don't have any improvements I would make. What problems are you solving with the product? Great and useful tool for sales and marketing department

What do you like best? Notifications about who opened or unopened your email. Synchronization with CRM. Tracking progress on tasks. What do you dislike? Excellent tool to monitor activities and run small email campaigns, quite user friendly.

What do you like best? The ability to run flexible, multi-step flows, syncing with SFDC and auto-logging activities, scheduled send out and reminders, and shared email templates. What do you dislike? Difficult to format email templates on Groove, especially the spacing between paragraphs. Also, sometimes the template previews don't reflect the actual format/spacing in the emails sent. What do you like best? Groove enables your to zip through your day but providing the ability to email quickly, schedule appointments without a phone call, and prompt address any incoming communication broadly speaking.
