Great tool to improve efficiency!
What do you like best? It helps me to reach out to multiple people in an efficient way. I save so much time prospecting, therefore I can spend more time selling! I love the the feature Flows. Flows allows you to increase the amount of conversations you're having without sacrificing the quality of those conversations. useful innovation
What do you like best? By far what I like best about groove is being able to track the messages that have been opened by prospects. I also really like being able to review my positive calls, as feed back for myself and in order to catch information I might have missed while on the call. In addition flows were very helpful when using groove, Being able to send out multiple text messages was great way to create new opportunities and become more efficient with prospecting. Working smarter not harder
What do you like best? I could reach so many prospects with much less effort What do you dislike? The way our company is administering it, currently no mass texts :( What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can get almost every agent in a market. I love my e-mails tracking by Groove
What do you like best? I love my e-mails tracking by Groove and how easy is to fup my clients with it What do you dislike? If Groove could track back my calls made by my cel phone to my clients should be the paradise. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's Great associate a Salesforce to your Sales Team What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great tool!
What do you like best? I love the customer service. If I am ever having an issue with anything, I chat them and they are always ready to help. Very receptive and kind! What do you dislike? There were some technical issues that couldn't be resolved, but all in all I think it's a great product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling for my clients is SUPER easy. I love that I can send a link and it gets taken care of.

Does everything I need it to do
What do you like best? Streamlined, easy to use UI. Problems are easily diagnosable. What do you dislike? Crashes somewhat kind of often. But it's so easy to boot back up it's not a problem. What do you like best? Email templates make sending out information so easy. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about groove. perfect sales tool!! - quality & Efficiency
What do you like best? no time is wasted! everything I need to call text or email is on the same page as my prospect on salesforce. In the flow I am able to create my own script which is what I love to do. What do you dislike? I don't like that you cant have hover drop downs for disposition. Also sometimes the groove dialer pop up blocks my contact and ( i kinda wish it was an auto hide and hover over it to pop it back up) Recommendations to others considering the product: ...
