Groove is an amazing tool that has made my life easy and organized beyond imagination

Groove is easy to use and a great marketing tool to nurture prospects and keep your calls organized!

What do you like best? I like the fact that I will not call a client that has been called within 7 days and their response has been recorded by previous agent. I like the fact that I can make phone calls very quickly and efficiently. I like the fact that the sound quality is good and it occasionally asks me to rate the phone quality. Super easy and user friendly!

What do you like best? Our office of 50 + all use Groove all day long, it is super easy to use and user-friendly no misdials, no hang-ups. It is as simple as a click to click. This feature saves us time which increases our profits. What do you dislike? The super big Icon it takes up a quarter of the screen and must click to diminish. Use everyday! Love the Groove applictaion

What do you like best? I really like the instant dial feature, it makes it easy to complete my call list. What do you dislike? Sometimes I do have issues connecting to bridging to my cellphone and I have to reload the application. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like that I am able to dial and text from a number that isn't my cell phone.

Groove will make your life easier

What do you like best? The ability for my network to schedule appointments through a link. Ability to schedule follow up using automation. The support for admins is also excellent. Groove is a very intuitive, easy to use platform that will drastically improve your email life.

What do you like best? It will automate your email cadences with a direct integration to Salesforce. What do you dislike? Template creation through Gmail would be great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am saving a ton of time writing emails by automating much of the process.

Besides a few minor issues every once in a while groove is awesome!

What do you like best? Groove is easy to use. I love the analytics it gives such as pick up rates and positive convo rate. Very helpful in everyday sales use. What do you dislike? Occasionally groove won't ring out or it will not make any noise on my end and when the person answers I am taken off guard because it never rang. What do you like best? Speed in finding the contacts i need to call I can also track the progress of each email and contact. i use groove everyday and I need to be fast. i try and connect with 300 agents a day and most of my contacts would not be possible without groove. I do like that it keeps track or the emails and sms that I send out so I can keep in track of my contacts and where we were in the process.
