Time saving and life changing!
What do you like best? Groove has been disrupting in my day to day work, allowing to manage my huge volume of mails and follow-ups with clients and improve my overall results. What do you dislike? I would love to have it available on my iPhone! Most of time I work from my portable devices and it would be SUPER useful to have at least an app that would replicate the communications I receive on my laptop. Of course, a deeper integration with the google mail app would be apreciated. ...

It makes my job easier
What do you like best? I like that it makes my job a lot easier. Logging my information and making emails easier to access. What do you dislike? n/a. Groovin with Groove
What do you like best? My favorite part of Groove is creating flows to announce our webinars and events. Groove allows me to send these out efficiently, but still feel personalized. What do you dislike? Not much, the UI/UX is very intuitive and integrates well with Salesforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I primarily use it for sending out emails to clients at scale.

Used Groove for a long time. Great Tool!
What do you like best? I really like the internet browser plugin where it notifies me the second someone reads my email. It's handy to see how engaged a lead is based on if they've read your email and or clicked links. What do you dislike? I do find its harder to find out a specific email that you sent if it was read or not within the actual email itself. Not sure how to see that What problems are you solving with the product? Great resource for CRM tracking and scheduling!
What do you like best? I love the convenience of the "Groove Scheduler" and having a link directly to my schedule. What do you dislike? It is sometimes frustrating not being able to adjust and remove folders that I no longer need. Recommendations to others considering the product: n/a What problems are you solving with the product? Great tool for any sales professional
What do you like best? Seeing who is opening my emails + how many times What do you dislike? Sending out a mail merge is not easy and sometimes requires too much time. I recommend making this tool easier to use and integrating directly on Salesforce. Downloading a file and uploaded to Groove makes thing a bit harder. Positive, but could be better.
What do you like best? Having all the features to send emails later, schedule, send templates, etc. in one place. What do you dislike?
