What do you like best? Flows for the Win. The more time my team can spend calling and working pipeline the better. We built flows that automate and deliver outstanding engagement with new prospects. Also with Groove, you are able to set up other functions like zoom meetings, schedule appointments for multiple functions with this platform. What do you like best? I like the integration into salesforce and google. We now have access to so much more data to make better micro and macro decisions. What do you dislike? There are too many bugs in Groove: Sometimes when using the gmail extension I need to reload the groove appin order to stop the continuous load cycle. What do you like best? Groove has been extremely beneficial in interacting with customers and day to day tasks. What do you dislike? I would love to refer Groove to other colleagues but found it difficult to refer them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I especially liked the ability to create email templates that I could save and easily access when needed.

What do you like best? The easy to use automated functions make my job much easier on a day-to-day basis.
