What do you like best? The ease of use is top tier. As someone newly acquainted to using Groove, it has been super user-friendly and easy to learn. What do you dislike? Great for Sales Tracking

What do you like best? Being able to see which of my emails are being opened and clicked on. What do you dislike? No downsides. I do find the dashboard a little hard to navigate sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm doing A/B testing with email subject lines to find which are more effective. I've been able to identify which of my subject lines are generating a higher response rate.

Very easy to use, makes scheduling with prospects streamlined and efficient.

What do you like best? The scheduling link. It is a seamless addition to my google calendar and makes setting appointments quick and easy. What do you dislike? Nothing really, although I know there is a lot to Groove that I do not dive into like I should. Recommendations to others considering the product: I highly recommend Groove, especially if you are working with many clients or prospects at once on a daily basis. What do you like best? Grove flows are amazing, being able to send hundreds of emails with a few clicks. Being able to keep multiple templates allows you to create a flow in well under a minute. Each email shows whether it has been opened and if it has exactly when it was opened. Great feature to see if leads have read you emails. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Anyone in sales knows that with all of the prospecting that we do, logging our information is the last thing that we are worried about.
