Don't forget to Groove
What do you like best? Groove email templates have changed the game when sending emails. There were so many times I was retyping the same email response over and over and now with Groove, I have saved so much time. What do you dislike? I don't have anything that I dislike about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The amount of time I was spending sending a lot of email that were saying the same thing.

Groove helps me plan my tasks way ahead and keep statistics of each action to choose the best option
What do you like best? Flows and workspaces are great!!!!!!!!!! What do you dislike? I would like a tab of revenue generated by the account to be added in workspaces, sometimes when I generate new template it is not getting saved and then by closing the tab accidentally I loose my whole work. Great for blasting out personalized emails!
What do you like best? Sending out large amounts of emails to outreach similar potential customers with similar messaging. What do you dislike? Groove is slow to load and doesn't always allow new templates to be made out of gmail- mostly technology glitches. Groove is very user friendly and syncs very well with Salesforce.

Great tool to log and track emails!
What do you like best? I like how it is integrated into Salesforce and I can log emails that I send. I also like the feature where I can see if students have opened my email! What do you dislike? Groove is Great!
What do you like best? By using groove I've been able to streamline my outreach to potential prospects and clients. What do you dislike? Sometimes I experience the site crashing or errors. Recommendations to others considering the product: Any easier way to cc people in a flow! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time management, I am able to do far more outreach with Groove which has resulted in more success.

Groove helps me keep connected to all of my accounts
What do you like best? As an account manager, one of my main goals is to engage with my clients and users. Groove has allowed me to do so in a very effective and efficient way.
