What do you like best? Groove allows you to manage your automated emails and organizes your prospecting efforts. It also is an excellent way to collaborate between BDR's/SDR's and their AE's. Workspaces give everyone visibility into their activity and customer interaction. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love being able to save my own templates and favor the ones I use most. It makes it easy to send information to students. What do you dislike? I wish I was able to make my own folders so I could better organize my templates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's easy to send students information that they will need and provided them with checklists. It makes completing their applications easier.

What do you like best? The speed and responsiveness of Customer support, the training tools, and the ease of creating activity reports in salesforce to validate and visualize productivity. What do you like best? the option to see who has viewed the email What do you dislike? I have not had much use of the email flows. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As already mentioned I appreciate the function to see who has read or opened the email. That helps a lot with the next communication steps.

Great Customer Service

What do you like best? I really like the templates and usability. Saves me a lot of time. And if there is a problem, I can always access help easily. What do you dislike? Every now and then I will have to reset however it is no big deal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time saving is the #1 reason to use Groove in my opinion.

What I love about groove is that it helps me be more efficient in my work. i literally send hundreds of emails every day, I email dozens of people a week, hundreds of people a month. What do you like best? I like how it is connected to my email, and it logs all of my activity. It is so much easier for me to track interactions with clients. What do you dislike? I often have to reload the dialer, and that is aggravating. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is absolutely essential to my day. Great, simple technology that doesn't get in the way

What do you like best? Easy to use Flow creation for templates. What do you dislike? I wish the Workspaces features was more robust. It is easy to use and I like the engagement aspects but I wish I knew how it was being scored and based on what activities. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customized outreach for my top 50 accounts. It makes it really easy for me to add contacts using the SFDC integration.
