What do you like best? Template sharing , calendar functionality for booking appointments What do you dislike? It slows down my gmail a lot. Essential for a sales person

What do you like best? I love that this tool logs all my emails into SFDC without any manual work from me. It doesn't log my internal meetings just my client facing. Groove has been great.

What do you like best? The upsides of Groove are the email templates and timed emails. What do you dislike? Sometimes Groove does not automatically link with Salesforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are not wasting our time anymore sending specific emails to many students. Groove saves us a lot of time.

What do you like best? Prospecting is the most important aspect of building a successful territory. With Groove you can get creative with your messaging and touch a large number of targets. Best SDR/BDR Task Management Platform Out There

What do you like best? I would say the scheduler and the ability to create "if functions do this" rules such as if bounced --> do this, If opened N# of times ---> do this, and so much more. What do you like best? Very easy to make calls with their seamless integration with SalesForce. Ability to go over call logs, and recordings. Plus, email tracking is one neat feature as well. Groove is awesome! It makes my life so much easier.

What do you like best? In a past life I managed a Business Development team, and when I say I've tried EVERY outreach tool, I mean it! There's a sweet spot in these tools between being user friendly so everyone can take advantage of it and is powerful enough to manage integrations with the CRM on the back end.
