Works well, pretty functional
What do you like best? Setting up flows for different prospecting is great—very easy to do by extracting Salesforce data and putting into Groove. Also, the Chrome extension that allows you to see who’s viewed/clicked your emails is nice. What do you dislike? Groove can be glitchy sometimes. Like if I send an email from it, the extension will pop up automatically saying the person opened my email and clicked on links. The app also occasionally goes down, but usually their team is ...

Sales Development & Enablement Leader
What do you like best? Groove is the best tool on the market to operationalize outreach. We had multiple legacy solutions across different departments on our team (yesware, cirrus, outreach) and needed to standardize across the entire organization. After a lengthy review of multiple vendors we selected Groove for the intuitive user experience, easy integration with salesforce and enterprise level of control/visibility. Groove has delivered a tool that is powerful enough for heavy SDR ...

Groove Provides Client Insight
What do you like best? I know when my clients are opening my emails, so therefore I know the best times to contact them. I also know when a client is ignoring me...because I can see when they've opened and not replied to my emails. Great insight. What do you dislike? There is nothing I would fix about Groove. I enjoy the insight and notifications of client interaction. Recommendations to others considering the product: My company uses it as an integral part of our email ...

Allows me to work smarter not harder
What do you like best? I can build flows that allow for personalised emails etc and doesn't look like its automated. I'm able to track the success rate or templates and who has opened the emails. What do you dislike? It would be cool if you could hit a button on SF and add people to a flow from there and not in groove What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to track the success rate or templates and who has opened the emails.

Conveniently Helpful
What do you like best? I love how you can easily pull up recordings and how convenient it is that groove is connected to other softwares our company uses in our everyday lives. What do you dislike? That some audio recordings sometimes jump. Recommendations to others considering the product: none What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The only issue I can say is that some audio recordings have hiccups. Very user friendly.

Grove make life easier.
What do you like best? Automatically logs my emails in SalesForce and I can reach my clients efficiently with sending letters. I love the way it tracks clients opening and clicking on links. What do you dislike? I need more training to fully utilize its features. I have training scheduled for this month. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try Grive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time management

Groove review for prospecting
What do you like best? The ability for our team to share flows & templates makes it easy for new reps & SDRs to onboard quickly. What do you dislike? The inability to distinguish when a prospects opens an email vs. myself or someone else in my company. I would also like to use the ability to schedule a meeting feature, but can only offer 1 meeting time in the email. I would prefer you can can put 2 or 3 time slots to let them choose. What problems are you solving with the ...
