What do you like best? I love how quickly the program syncs and allows customized features for tracking our company communications. What do you dislike? When we switched software it did take a little extra assistance from our IT team to get it working smooth. This probably is more of our side of things than Groove's. What do you like best? being able to send emails to many clients simultaneously and getting notified of when they read the email. What do you like best? Automated logging of Salesforce Activities. Flows keep me focused and on task. Flows help me stay on cadence. What do you dislike? Search Bar could be improved. Right now I can only search for "people" but not for "templates" or "flows" or "accounts." Its a small thing but it would save some clicks What problems are you solving with the product? Deep dive analytics enables me to identify which accounts are most likely to engage and which accounts require more effort to create engagement. Groove helps me on a day to day basis

What do you like best? the way it automates my emails when sending out in volume. The template feature is great and helps me streamline the way I work. What do you dislike? Sometimes the Dialler does not work correctly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to automate mass emails - template helps me with my top 10 accounts I'm prospecting too. Benefits - being able to send more emails and have more time to personalise them.
