What do you like best? It is easy to set up flows and it gives a Good Overview of the steps. Another great feature is the access of Groove in my Gmail. I do not need to go into Salesforce to find the lead or opportunity. Just by hovering over the email address will provide me with all the details available on Salesforce. What do you like best? SUPER easy to use and manage, really like all the integrations with SFDC and LinkedIn. We recently found the account plan tool feature and my team loves it. What do you dislike? Wish it played nicer with Outlook. Right now it is very strong with gmail. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
