Most Effective Sales Tool
What do you like best? Ease of administration of the tool is the huge benefit here above competitors. Our Sales teams experience with the tool is also a huge win, their experience was quick to ramp up in using Groove and loving it. Great tool
What do you like best? It is easy to set up flows and it gives a Good Overview of the steps. Another great feature is the access of Groove in my Gmail. I do not need to go into Salesforce to find the lead or opportunity. Just by hovering over the email address will provide me with all the details available on Salesforce. I also love the fact that you have a weekly email with your activities. It also made it easier by counting my Sent emails from my Gmail as previously these were not ...

A Real Life Saver
What do you like best? Seamlessly integrates with Gmail and Salesforce What do you dislike? Resolving emails with Saleforce plugg-in. Recommendations to others considering the product: There is something for everyone. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Groove allows me to focus on my customers, not admin!
What do you like best? Groove allows me to stay in flow with my customers by having deep and seamless integration with both Gmail and Salesforce. The Best tool I have used in my whole career
What do you like best? Ease of use, Ui is super nice great integration with salesforce and Gmail What do you dislike? Nothing. I love everything about Groove and recommend it Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it as much as you can What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I hate using salesforce so Goorve replaces it for me + creating mass email campaigns

What do you like best? SUPER easy to use and manage, really like all the integrations with SFDC and LinkedIn. We recently found the account plan tool feature and my team loves it. What do you dislike? Wish it played nicer with Outlook. Right now it is very strong with gmail. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seamless activity logging and tracking into our CRM without reps having to double back.
