Extremely Helpful w/ Actionable Insights
What do you like best? Groove really helps me to manage my workload. Before using Groove, I had to manually manage my workload with folders in my email client and spreadsheets. Now, I log into Groove in the morning and all of my tasks are there for me to see. The analytics are great and the collaboration features are a life saver. Most Effective Sales Tool
What do you like best? Ease of administration of the tool is the huge benefit here above competitors. Our Sales teams experience with the tool is also a huge win, their experience was quick to ramp up in using Groove and loving it. Happy with Groove
What do you like best? Easy to facilitate mass email campaigns, and integrates flawlessly with Salesforce. I also like how it tracks tasks that are upcoming and the upgraded features the team keeps rolling out! I also really like how I am able to insert leads straight from Salesforce. I can create a list and either drop them from SFDC to Groove, or can pull them straight from the Groove Flow. Easy way to keep caught up on Prospecting efforts
What do you like best? Easy to use and integration with Salesforce and Gmail is great. I also love the live tutorials they have if you click the help/chat button - they answer quickly or you can find the 'how to' very fast. What do you dislike? No downsides at all - as long as your sync with Salesforce and email are set up correctly. Groove is awesome!! It is by the far the most user friendly outbound tool I have ever used.
What do you like best? How easy it is to use and automate tasks and how accurate the sync between groove and salesforce is, it really takes away any of the manual work from the team in terms of documentation etc. The Salesforce sync is also very helpful - having everything routed through Salesforce and then into groove makes it really easy when adding people in to flows to make sure you have everyone you need, and that there are no duplicate records.
