What do you like best? I love being able to create flows with multiple steps. It makes follow up tasks so easy to navigate. What do you dislike? I can't really think of anything to be honest. The most productive I've ever been!!

What do you like best? I've set up numerous Groove Flows that has allowed me to keep in touch with all of my clients and prospect in so many different ways. I use it every day and love it! Makes things way more organized and prevents important notes from slipping through the cracks

What do you like best? I love how I can go back and reference important email conversations for a client without having to sift through and try to find something in the mess of my gmail. What do you dislike? If there is an email user who we don't have synced in our other system, there really isn't a way to identify this. What do you like best? My sales team was up and running with Groove within minutes. What do you dislike? There have been times where we question the accuracy of the analytics or we notice different results depending on where we look for them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Syncing activity to salesforce. Sharing of best practices between our sales teams across the globe.

What do you like best? It is easy to set up flows and it gives a Good Overview of the steps. Another great feature is the access of Groove in my Gmail. I do not need to go into Salesforce to find the lead or opportunity. Just by hovering over the email address will provide me with all the details available on Salesforce. Easy to use and great customer support

What do you like best? It is easy to set up flows and steps (phone calls, linked connect, messages, etc). Able to see when people opened the email (amount of times) and if they click in any links. Their analytics is also great it allows me to see what content is working the best. Great customer support, very responsive. What do you dislike? Formatting can get messed up when creating flows.
