What do you like best? Greenhouse is a product with a point of view that encourages best practices like structured reviewing and consistent interviewing. It takes some work to set up, but when you do it, you can easily hold hiring managers and interviewers accountable to have the same process for every candidate. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Clear view of candidate pipeline, easy to pull reports and to share with hiring managers the status of their roles and candidates. What do you dislike? Not a lot of help when it comes to sourcing and managing sourcing pipelines - going back historically to reach out to candidates, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting, finding issues in our interview processes and blockers.

What do you like best? I love how well Greenhouse maps to the recruiting process I've built for Calendly. The way we approach vetting molds perfectly with their scorecard system.
