Happy Greenhouse Customer!

What do you like best? I love how well Greenhouse maps to the recruiting process I've built for Calendly. The way we approach vetting molds perfectly with their scorecard system. Best Customer Support!

What do you like best? Easy to use, organized, and if you ever don't know something, their customer support is fantastic! Shout out to Trevor F! What do you dislike? UI could be enhances visually, but nothing that would stop me from not using it all together. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Track applicants, manage job reqs, integrate with third party job boards, source tracking!

Have been loving GH for 4 years

What do you like best? excellent reporting, easy candidate flow, scorecards functions is A+, many integrations What do you dislike? The cost haha, it's one of the most expensive options What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My current team had the benefit of adopting GH as our first ATS so it's solved any and all problems we initially had in managing recruitment

Best ATS out there, but needs improvement on some of the basics

What do you like best? It creates a good user experience for the whole hiring team, not just recruiter. Lots of useful integrations. Plays nice with most other HR/Recruiting software. What do you dislike? The subscription tiers and the resulting features associated with are chosen arbitrarily and mostly meant to force smaller orgs to get features they don't need in order to get some they do. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and most things are really customizable. I also like the overall philosophy and standard that Greenhouse promotes and how the tool holds teams to that standard. What do you dislike? Support is non existent…

I like this software but have recently ran into and issue and trying to find actual contact detials for support is a joke. Considering people are almost always going to be trying to contact them during their working day this is just EXTREMELY POOR.
