Great tool, excellent support

What do you like best? Greenhouse is a very customizable tool, specially in terms of data and user permissions. We have access to very granular information that supports every recruiting decision making. Also, we have an excellent suport via chat or customer service. What do you dislike? Greenhouse is easy to use and incredibly robust in terms of reporting and analytics.

What do you like best? The reporting features. They're easy to use and simple to export, and I love creating custom reports. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Customer support is very helpful when you do run into an issue. What do you dislike? Recently a change was made to scheduling- I like the new format but wish we could still see candidate availability on the same screen while physically scheduling them.
