What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and most things are really customizable. I also like the overall philosophy and standard that Greenhouse promotes and how the tool holds teams to that standard. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It creates a good user experience for the whole hiring team, not just recruiter. Lots of useful integrations. Plays nice with most other HR/Recruiting software. Best ATS out there, but needs improvement on some of the basics

What do you like best? Greenhouse is extremely customizable and has features that no other ATS has. Our hiring managers find it pretty user friendly and intuitive, It's also the best product for the price, and we looked at all of the major payers in this space. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use, organized, and if you ever don't know something, their customer support is fantastic! Shout out to Trevor F! What do you dislike? I like this software but have recently ran into and issue and trying to find actual contact detials for support is a joke. Considering people are almost always going to be trying to contact them during their working day this is just EXTREMELY POOR.
