What do you like best? User friendly! Everything is very intuitive. What do you dislike? if you want to access specific data, you have to pay for what's called a "BI-connector." What do you like best? Greenhouse is a product with a point of view that encourages best practices like structured reviewing and consistent interviewing. It takes some work to set up, but when you do it, you can easily hold hiring managers and interviewers accountable to have the same process for every candidate. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Clear view of candidate pipeline, easy to pull reports and to share with hiring managers the status of their roles and candidates. What do you dislike? Not a lot of help when it comes to sourcing and managing sourcing pipelines - going back historically to reach out to candidates, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting, finding issues in our interview processes and blockers.

Best thing we did was switch to Greenhouse!

What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the ATS. I like that it's easy to add a new candidate and navigate through the stages of the interview process! It's very user friendly and intuitive!
